p38 MAP kinase inhibitor
Potent pan-specific protein kinase inhibitor including PKC (IC50= 0.7 nM), PKA (IC50= 7 nM), PKG (IC50= 8.5 nM) and many others. Induces apoptosis in a large variety of cell types. Cell permeable.
